Terms Of Payment And Cancellation
Payment prior to delivery
We accepted EFT, Visa, mastercard and cash on delivery
Credit card payments - Credit card details are taken over the phone which are then processed through eway prior delivery. For more information please visit www.eway.com.au If you do not feel comfortable using eway, we can manually put your credit card through our eftpos machine over the phone or feel free to call into our office at 24 gibbs street, Arundel.
Cash payments – Cash payment is taken by the driver on drop off. The exact amount charged is required because our drivers do not carry change. You can also call into our office to pay prior drop off at 24 Gibbs street, Arundel.
EFT Payment – funds must be cleared before bin is dispatched.
Cancelation fees - Cancelation for a job must be done 12 hours prior delivery otherwise there will be a $10.00 Cancelation fee. If you cancel a skip bin pick up or drop off while it has already been dispatched there will be a $60.00 cancelation fee.
Refund policy
Retrac Skips Pty Ltd do not give refunds once a bin has been delivered. If a skip bin has been charged out at an incorrect price we will refund the corrected amount owed to our customer.
Terms Of Hire And Bin Usage
14 day hire included in all bin prices
Skip bin drop off - Skip bins are recommended to be placed inside the boundary of a property. Unfortunately, we cannot place skip bins on the road or over any pathways. Skip bins are never to be moved from where they have been placed by the skip truck operator.
Skip bin collection - When a skip bin is full and is ready to be collected, please call it in for pick up. We do not pick bins up automatically after the 14 day hire. If your bin is needed longer then 14 days, price will be negotiated.
Overloaded skip bins - Overloaded and overweight bins will not be picked up until fixed. If not fixed, extra charges will apply.
Damage to skip bins - Any damage done to skip bins by our customers will be charged accordingly by Retrac Skips Pty Ltd.

Retrac Skips Pty Ltd takes this responsibility seriously and is very careful about how and when your personal information is collected, used and shared.
